We set up the picnic for you which is elegantly styled to make it look extra special, we organise the catering, pack up and wash up, so all you have to do is come and enjoy your special day.

LUXURY POP UP PICNIC
Our styled Luxury Pop Up Picnic setting is perfect for a special occasion birthday, hens’ day, baby shower, kitchen tea or surprise your nearest and dearest for a truly memorable experience. We are able to customise the picnic set up to suit your group size including extras such as birthday bunting, champagne on ice, grazing boxes, and even a photographer to capture the moment for lifelong memories. Please note - See extras when booking for these options. There is an additional charge for extras.
TENTED LUXURY PICNIC
The Tented Luxury Picnic is the ultimate in luxury outdoor dining with a beautiful white tent, low lying wooden table, linen napkins, real glass and table ware, styling pieces around the picnic set up, an ice bucket, Bluetooth speakers and different areas to relax and enjoy your day.

Let us know what you would like to add to our existing picnic for those small touches that make all the difference.
GRAZING TABLE PICNIC
Narooma is well known for its local produce. Pair our Tented Luxury Picnic with a scrumptious local produce grazing table and there you have our Grazing Table Picnic. We work with local caterers Mr Bold Catering and Bodalla Bakery for your catering needs. We do the set up and they do the catering. Customise your Grazing Table Picnic based on numbers and the different seasonal produce you would like – think Narooma Wagonga Inlet oysters, Tilba and Bodalla cheese, fresh fruit, antipasto, homemade dips. Please note - the price quoted here is for the set up only. We will contact the caterer or your behalf for a quote for the grazing table.
HIGH TEA PICNIC
Our most popular picnic is the High Tea Picnic ticks all the boxes. Picture the Tented Luxury Picnic setting with vintage teacups and saucers, 3 tier cake stands, vintage sandwich platters, crystal cut jam and cream bowls, teapots, crystal cut champagne glasses, crystal cut drink dispenser. Bodalla Bakery is the caterer for the High Tea Picnics with finger sandwiches, petite fours sweet treats, and fresh fruit to name just a few items on the menu. A fantastic mix of sweet and savoury. Please note - Our price is for the set up only. The High Tea boxes are a separate cost from Bodalla Bakery.
KIDS POP UP PICNIC PARTY
Our Luxury Pop Up Picnic setting is perfect for kids’ parties of all ages. We theme the party based on the ages of the children with Disney sets up for young kids to Insta worthy settings for teenagers. Our kids’ parties take place even if the weather is bad as we use community spaces as a backup. We use themed paper cups and plates for our kids’ parties. Our caterers are able to put together a child friendly menu for you including individual boxes or shared platter boxes. We can organise entertainment for the kids too; traditional dance lesson, arts and crafts, jewellery making etc at an additional cost. Please note - Our set up does not include the catering. We can organise a quote from our caterers for the child menu.
